y it goes to the question of, does hagel see the u.s. military, a strong u.s. military as a force for good, for leadership in this world? and you get the sense from this and his comments, ala bob woodward and the "washington post" and the exchange he had with president obama, he doesn't, he sees it as a new world order and we are, leading from behind and he didn't exactly say it and it comes when leon panetta points out the threat of the man-pads, the anti-aircraft attack missiles...
